CALMING, MEDITATIVE YOGA

The purpose of yoga is to still the fluctuations of the mind, e.g. too many thoughts. This class integrates postures and breathing to reestablish quietness and stillness as a choice in our daily lives. All levels welcome. No yoga experience necessary. Bring your own yoga props if you have them (mat, blankets, blocks and belts). Some props are available.

Cost: $18 for one class,

$30 for two.
